Western/International Skiing

A Word from the Western/International Ski Trips Coordinator
Sue Miller

Western/International Trips
Are organized to most major ski resorts in the "western" region of the US and Canada, plus the best-known resorts in Europe, with occasional trips to South America and other ski locations in the world.

Western states destinations include ski resorts in Colorado, California, Idaho, Montana, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah and Alaska. International Canadian trips include British Columbia and Alberta. European destinations include countries such as Switzerland, France, Italy and Austria.

What is Included in Western/International Ski Trips?
Most trips include round trip air, ground transportation from the airport to the resorts, lift tickets, and social events. European trips do not include lift tickets; however, breakfast and dinners are usually included as well as trip insurance. This gives participants the opportunity to avoid the cost of a lift ticket when they want to take a day or more for cultural and/or sightseeing side excursions.

Reservations
Due to these trips' popularity and the need to fulfill air and lodging commitments, reservations are required long in advance. "Flyers" associated with each trip may be downloaded from this site and submitted with the required deposit to the trip's leader. Click on the trip's title below to open its information page and then the Flyer.

Participants will be confirmed in order of receipt of checks or credit card deposits and should receive confirmation within 7 days. Please understand that our leaders are volunteers and that trip business is handled when personal time is available. Trip size varies from 24-50 participants, and each participant will receive individual responses when time permits.
