Monday Night Volleyball

We offer both Indoor (spring, fall and winter months) or Outdoor (summer) activities, with two levels of play (advanced and beginner/intermediate) to accommodate those interested in a relaxed social game as well as the "animals" looking for competitive action. Beginners and newcomers always welcome. Meet afterward for refreshments. No reservations required. We meet every Monday night throughout the year at one of the following two locations:

Outdoors: June - August. We play at the sand courts near the Lincoln Memorial  6PM - sunset. Members and guests free.  Driving directions - Take the last right immediately before the Arlington Memorial Bridge leaving Wash DC.  Parking is problematic, especially after 6pm.  Ticketing had occurred in the past.  Try the metered area on lower 23rd St. after 6:30 p.m. Note: We have 2 court permits for June. For July we have only the intermediate court. Please check this page later for the August arrangement. 

Indoors: September - May (except Labor Day). We switch to indoors play at the Jelleff's Recreation Center.
Address: 3265 S Street NW, just off Wisconsin Ave., 6:30-9:00 PM.  
Cost: $5 Members, Guests add $3. 

Apres' volleyball: Optional beer and pizza afterward at Froggy Bottom Pub, 2021 K Street, NW Washington, D.C. 20006 (this is a new location for Froggy Bottom)
