Membership Meetings
Most SCWDC meetings are held at the Crowne Plaza Crystal City. We meet upstairs in Veranda Cafe. Grab a beverage and some light hors d’oeuvres. You can bring food and drink into the meeting room. Also, the Veranda Cafe has a "half-price" (tasty) burger night special, lots of us take advantage of that.

Directions for Crowne Plaza, North Crystal City:
From the South:
Follow 95 N to 395 North. Continue on 395 North to Route 1 towards National Airport. From Route 1 take exit for 15th Street and turn left. 15th Street will end at Crystal Drive. Crowne Plaza will be on left, free parking in the Crowne Plaza garage.
Another possibility is to exit I-395 at Fashion Centre/Pentagon City. Pass through the the first intersection, which is Army/Navy Drive, and make a left at the third intersection down, 15th Street. Now drive several blocks going under the US 1/Jefferson Davis Highway overpass, to the intersection of 15h St and Crystal Drive. As SOON as you turn left on to 15th St, the Crowne Plaza garage driveway will be on your LEFT. If you miss it, you can drive around the block and come back. Free parking in Hotel garage.
From the West:
Take route 66 East to Route 110 South to Route 1 South (Jefferson Davis HW) Take exit for 15th Street. At the end of the ramp make a left turn onto 15th Street. 15th Street will end at Crystal Drive. Crowne Plaza will be on the left. Free parking in Hotel garage.
From Maryland crossing the Woodrow Wilson Bridge:
Follow I-495 across the Woodrow Wilson Bridge to Route 1 North exit. Stay on RT1 North for about 5 miles, you will pass through Alexandria and head into Crystal City. Take the 15th Street exit. At the end of the ramp make a right turn onto 15th Street. 15th Street will end at Crystal Drive. Crowne Plaza will be on the left. Free parking in Hotel garage.
From the South:
