Highlights: A “Bike and Barge” tour is unique: You have your accommodations always with you. You live aboard the luxury ship “Magnifique” in a cabin with private shower, wash stand and toilet. You don’t have to change hotels every day, so packing and unpacking your suitcase isn’t necessary, while you still visit a different place, spending the night in a different city every night! You will visit and explore interesting places and areas you wouldn’t get to see during a “regular” tour by bus or car. Highlights are Amsterdam with it’s beautiful canals, the harbour city of Rotterdam, Delft with it’s famous Delftware factories, cheese city of Gouda and all the windmills all along the way. An English speaking guide is in charge of the daily bike tour. The guide can also recommend other excursions and give general information. The pace can be tailored to the wishes of the participants. In route various stops are planned for sight-seeing, lunch.
