April Membership Meeting and Election
Date: Saturday April 13th (Second Saturday)
Time: 6 – 7 PM - Happy Hour at Veranda Cafe
Meeting will be held in the Arlington Room, Mezzanine Level, opposite side from Veranda
6:45 - 7:30 PM - Check-in with SCWDC Membership Desk, Receive ballot
7:30 - 8 PM - Nominations from the Floor, Candidate Speeches, and Collection of Ballots
8 - 8:30 PM - Awards and Election Results
Location: CROWNE PLAZA IN NORTH CRYSTAL CITY

Crystal City can be a bit confusing; the HI is on the west side of US 1, while most of Crystal City is on the east side. Highly recommend that you download and print this PDF and use it to get to the HI. Map and directions are two pages, and they will print normally.
Our club election is just around the corner and it is important that you attend the meeting and VOTE for the future leadership of your club. If you are unable to attend the meeting you may cast an absentee ballot. An Absentee Ballot can be found on the last page of your April/May magazine or contact the office, 703-532-7776 or scwdc@verizon.net. Absentee ballots should be mailed in time to be received in the office by Wednesday April 11.
Some light hors d'oeuvres and a cash bar will be provided at this meeting.
