12th Annual SCWDC & FSC Virginia Beach Labor Day Trip
Dates: August 31 – September 3
Leader: Pete Campbell 703-532-7776 (day) pcampbell@scwdc.org
Cost: $400 for a motel room, and $415 for an efficiency room. Guest (non-members) add $15. Price per person double occupancy

Upgraded accommodations at the Quality Inn ($520), oceanfront on 8th street, are available for this trip. Contact Pete for more information.
The price is per person, based on double occupancy, and includes bus transportation, snacks and beverages on the bus, lodging for three nights and an SCWDC/FSC Happy Hour every evening at the hotel. Music Festival admission is also included. $150 deposit due immediately: remainder due August 11.
You’ve heard us all talking about it, and you can ask anyone who’s been there. This is the trip of the year, with non-stop entertainment and music. If the sun, surf, beaches and volleyball are your thing, we’ve got it. If you want to participate in a Half-Marathon, it’s right here! If Happy Hour on the rooftop, dancing, and big-name live music until the late hours of the evening do it for you, we’ve got that too. You can have it all!

We’ll depart from Northern Virginia by bus on Friday, August 31 at 10:00 AM, bus to Virginia Beach, and spend the next three days partying at our favorite family-owned motel, the Flagship, located directly across Atlantic Blvd from the ocean, and less than a block away from the 5th Street Stage - the main venue throughout the Virginia Beach Music Festival. Last year’s headliners were: ZZ Top, Bret Michaels, Stone Temple Pilots and many more. Check the web site: http://www.beachstreetusa.com/events/
After days of sun, nights of music and lots of great food, we’ll get back on the bus late Monday afternoon, September 3, and return to our Northern Virginia point of departure.
